Takaba or commonly called Tery, had visited more than ten countries and worked in seven different countries. He joined CyberAgent Japan in 2003 as Manager of Business Development, and became Manager at Sales & Marketing Division in 2007. From 2009 onwards, he joined some MicroAd branches such as MicroAd France, MicroAd Philippines and MicroAd Indonesia (2014-present). He had handled many business innovation such as optimization SEM, SEO and Ad-Exchange. Powered by his deep passion to data, he commits to grow the business in Indonesia by combining data and creativity.

Febri Ratna Sari or well known as “Kaka Ebot” or “Ebot” is a fellow currently at MicroAd Indonesia as a Chief Marketing Officer, before that her role is a Business Director.

Before that, she was worked in MicroAd Blade as a Country Manager for 6 years from 2014 to 2020. Also, she has experienced work in Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine as a Advertising Sales from 2011 to 2014.

Febri was graduate from London School of Public Relation with the Master Degree of Marketing Communications and Bachelor Degree of Public Relations.

She was also selected as Honors-Awards The 3rd Winner The Finalist, 1st Winner Army Creative Competition at Gramedia Majalah and Most Valuable Person (MVP) in Indonesia Team.

Febri is also known for her passion in digital Marketing Communications, Business Oriented, Top Management Handling, Event Planning & Sales Oriented.

She was also had achievements in campaign such as Asian Games Campaign, Indonesia International Motor Show Campaign, Government Relation and Unicorn StartUp Campaign.

Elisa graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in a specialized field of economics, Environmental Economics and Policy. Her first exposure to Internet was an internship in GMO Cloud, Tokyo, one of the largest players in Japan's Internet infrastructure in 2008. Upon returning to Jakarta from United States in 2011, she acquired license as Investment Manager and was involved in funding Indonesian tech startups under Corfina Group. Further following her passion to tech industry, she was appointed to establish MicroAd Indonesia, a CyberAgent subsidiary. She continues to groom MicroAd Indonesia, developing a unique and dynamic culture for a big family of MAIzen (MicroAd Indonesia Citizen).

Prior to starting Corfina Capital, Suryanto was employed by Bank of Tokyo and Citibank, N.A. His last position at Citibank was Vice President responsible for Corporate Finance transactions. Suryanto has accumulated extensive corporate finance experience, including financial restructuring. Under the umbrella of Corfina Group, Mr. Wijaya founded company Corfina Mitrakreasi, a specialist in financial advisory, restructuring, M&A, and corporate valuation. Corfina Group is also actively contributing to Indonesian digital economy growth. Starting as an angel investor in e-commerce site Bukalapak in 2012, Corfina Mitrakreasi has since become Joint Venture partner of major players in Japan , including CyberAgent and Softbank-backed MicroAd, Inc., SBI Holdings, Inc., Lifull Co., Ltd., C Channel Japan and others.

Suryanto graduated from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology in Japan on Japanese government (Mombusho) Scholarship.
